The Cottage at The Berry Farm

Cozy little cottage nestled in the corner of a u-pick blueberry farm adjacent to the Cherokee National Forest. The perfect place to recharge after a day of exploring the area. The cottage offers a kitchenette, 1 full size bed and a futon, 1 bathroom, wifi and TV with Roku. Dog friendly environment, no cats or other types of pets permitted. This property is not designed to host a family and not suitable or safe for children under 12. The space The cottage is small and cozy and the property is very tranquil. Guest access Guests are free to explore the farm (excluding private residences), let your dogs play in the creek or wander around. Please just remember we are adjacent to a forest and wandering dogs can sometimes go farther than expected, so please don't leave them unsupervised. We do recommend keeping them on leashes. Other things to note We don't allow any pets other than dogs for the safety and security of those pets. While we do love dogs, we ask you have your pups fully vetted and properly notate on the reservation that your fur babies will be joining you during your visit. We also recommend you keep your pups on leashes or under close supervision when outside to ensure their safety. This property is not designed for families and not safe or suitable for children under the age of 12. Older children are welcome and each count as separate guest. This property will only comfortably accommodate two guests. The property is adjacent to the Cherokee National Forest. The closest town is Tellico Plains and is approximately a 20 minute drive. Etowah and Madisonville are each approximately 35-40 minutes away. Please plan accordingly. The kitchenette includes a mini-refridgerator, Kureig, counter top ice maker, microwave and toaster oven. No other cooking facilities are available or permitted. The host's residence is located directly behind the Cottage, adjoined by a 14' wide deck.
