Children and pre-screened pets are welcome. The space This rental provides and instant home, with most amenities included. Its kitchen is fully functioning and well stocked with pots, pans, spices, and condiments. It also includes pillows and blankets, plus linens and towels. There is one bedroom and a full bath with tub. The living room has a large fold out couch and extra seating. There is a dining area for 4 with a washer and dryer under a large central counter. The cottage is nestled against an underutilized trail system, perfect for both human and canine walks. There is WIFI and 2 streaming TVs, plus a private firepit, BBQ, and outdoor eating area. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and 2 parking spaces. A third parking spot can be made available when requested in advance. Other things to note Dogs are very welcome in our home if they are under owner control. One neighbor has fenced dogs that we avoid antagonizing but, conveniently, there is a path in the back yard that leads to a little used town trail. The pet fee is $30 regardless of the length of stay.
