The Master Suite is an elegant sanctuary located just off the entry. It features a luxurious king-size bed, matching side tables with ambient night lighting, and stunning scenic views. The attached Master Bathroom will treat you like royalty with its dual separate vanities, elegant decor, and a spacious walk-in shower complete with a convenient seating option. Access your huge walk-in closet through the bathroom, offering ample storage space for all your belongings. The two well-appointed Guest Bedrooms are located down a separate hallway. First Guest Bedroom: A fantastic option for children or younger members of your group, featuring two comfortable single-sized beds and a built-in closet with beautiful wooden sliding doors. Second Guest Bedroom: Provides another relaxing retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed and matching side tables with night lights. The main Guest Bathroom, conveniently situated between the two bedrooms, features a huge, beautiful vanity, a separate toilet, and a clean shower/tub combination. Exceptional Amenities and Outdoor Living For those needing to balance leisure with work, our gorgeous dedicated office space, conveniently located near the entrance, makes working from "home" a breeze. Guest access The property is fully set up for our guests, they have full access to all areas with exception of one locked closet. We will send detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival, which contain a 4-digit code needed to open the lockbox at the front door. Access to the community amenities is optional, and the costs are as follows: These fees apply for the duration of a rental period and cannot be prorated. Community Center Renter Access Fee Schedule: Daily Pass (Single) $15 30-Day Pass (Single) $150 30-Day Pass (Family) $250 12-Month Pass (Single) $300 12-Month Pass (Family) $600 The amenities include the fitness center at the community center, the pool in the summertime, however it does not allow for any golf privileges. The amenities are available as follows: 1. Fitness Center (Interior Door 1st Floor) / 24 Hour Access - Daily 2. Group Fitness Studio (2nd Floor) / Daily Access 5am to 11pm 3. Pool Gate / Pool is Open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend 4. Side Entrance (Exterior Door Across from Pool Gate) / 24 Hour Access - Daily Please let us know during the booking process what sort of access you require and we will coordinate accordingly. Other things to note All guests must provide the following information as part of the overall booking, to gain access to the community and to comply with HOA regulations: 1. Names of all adult tenants and at least one tenant email and phone number 2. Confirmation if and what sort of community amenity access is required during their stay. Tenants Requesting Community Center Access via the Verkada Pass Phone App (Unique Emails are Required for Each Tenant Requesting Access in Order to Register them with Verkada Pass) 3.
