Fully stocked kitch & bath w/tub+shower. 3 season back porch. Clean and bright. Beautiful yards. Hosts live in house next door. 1 block to Powderhorn Prk & Mayday Café. Many restaurants within walking distance. Many bus lines near plus Light Rail & Nice Ride bike rental. Easy parking. Convenient. Lovely. Come stay. The space This is the main floor of a cottage home. Once inside there are no steps between rooms. Nobody lives upstairs. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed, rocking chair, dressers and closet. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, couch, chairs and clothes rack. Bright living room with comfy couch and flat screen smart T.V. Full kitchen, plus us next door, has all you need to cook. Bathroom has tub/shower. 3 season back porch has couch, table and chairs for hanging out. No photos will do our yards justice. Lush and beautiful with both sunny and shady sitting areas in front and back yards. This is a no smoking of any kind house. No vaping or e-cigarettes. Smoking outside is fine. Be conscious of open windows. Guest access Please enjoy all the yard space and entertain at will. Back porch is great for mosquito free evenings. Locked area for your bikes if needed. No smoking of any kind in house or back porch. This includes vaping and E-cigarettes. Cigarette butts smoked outside must be picked up and disposed of safely. Other things to note We do not wholly exclude PETS, but we would like to chat with you about that ahead of time. Dogs do not have free roam and will need to be on a leash and supervised in the yards with poop to be picked up at the moment of deposit :) However, the park a block away is full of walkers of all species. For WINTER guests, we live on a snow-emergency route which means we are plowed first and often. Parking around the corner, necessary only during the city-wide declared snow emergencies, is still close and you walk in the back way. We are always on top of shoveling and snow emergency info.
