Tower 1, 19th floor oceanfront studio at Majestic Beach Towers Resort which features 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, movie theater, tennis court, arcade, Starbucks coffee, H2O Bar & Grille, and drinks served poolside. Watch the sunrise & sunset right from your private balcony. **Note: Parking in the covered garage requires a pre-registration through the resort's portal, with a one time $40 fee per registered vehicle plus $1.50 credit card processing fee paid through a separate link after booking is confirmed. Majestic utilizes a license plate reading system which will require you to pre-register your vehicle for you to access the parking garage. Guest access: Total of 5 pools. 2 outdoor pools. 1 outdoor kiddie pool. 2 heated indoor pools. Outdoor hot tubs. **We are not a hotel, there will be no towel exchange or daily housekeeping service. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags, additional items must be purchased by guests, at guest expense. **Beach towels are not included. Please bring your own beach towels. **Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. **Our condo includes a washer/dryer for your convenience **Please be mindful that crowded elevators are typical and normal during the Spring & Summer peak season at most of the best resorts. **Movie Theatre: located on 4th floor of amenities building...listings and times are posted weekly at the theater and available at the front desk. **Tennis Courts: located on 6th floor of parking garage; equipment not provided. **ATMs are located on property in the lobby of Tower 1. Majestic Market General Store is next to front desk, Tower 1. **Once you receive your door code you can self-check into the condo (no need to go to the front desk). You can self-checkout as well. **The parking garage is across the street from the resort. Notes: Parking garage requires pre-registration and a $40 parking fee plus $1.50 processing fee. **The 3rd floor of the garage is the main area for luggage drop-off and access to luggage carts. Use the skywalk to get from the garage to the unit. Also, right after you get in from loading make an immediate right when you come in from the loading zone, walk towards tower 1, follow the hall all around until they come to the elevators just past the sliding glass doors and take the elevator up to the 19th floor. Please note that Peak season, from March to August, brings crowds hauling their beach gear, personal belongings etc. that can often slow down the elevators. Peak season is normally from March through August. **Resort wristbands will be in the condo and must be worn around the resort. Please leave the wristbands in the room upon departure (replacement cost: $25 each). **Luggage Carts: please remember that luggage carts will be staged on the 3rd floor loading and loading parking area of the Parking Garage. Guests will need to provide a driver's license in order to sign out a luggage cart. Please do not bring the luggage carts into the unit. You will be able to unload the luggage carts before you enter the unit. **Armbands: all guests must have an armband while on Majestic property. **We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control.
