Holiday rooms in beautiful villa with large garden

The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access. The space The kitchen is on the ground floor and is used exclusively by our guests. It is fully equipped and offers enough space for a cozy get-together with a large dining table. It has a stove, a large fridge and a dishwasher. Coffee and tea are freely available, and we also offer water for a small fee. The guest rooms are on the second floor, which is also used exclusively. In each of the four rooms there is a double bed, 2 x 1.80m, 1x 1.60m and 1x 1.40m. Two of the rooms have a connecting door, ideal for families with small children. We also have a cot that can be placed in any of the rooms. Some toys are available for our little guests. The large bathroom on the 2nd floor has a bathtub. For larger groups, the shower room on the 1st floor can also be used. There is a lounge that can also be used if required. W-LAN is available throughout the house, so that there is also the possibility of a work stay. Since the house is also used as a seminar house, we can offer various options here. Please note that our workrooms are on the first floor. It is therefore possible to meet other people in the stairwell. Guest access The spacious property also offers many beautiful sunny and shady places to enjoy the time. There is the possibility to sit outside around the large dining table or to relax in the sun loungers. Our own parking lot offers space for several cars, which are pleasantly shaded in summer. Other things to note Röfingen is the ideal starting point for various excursions. For example, LEGOLAND in Günzburg, which is a very popular destination for families, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. It is also public, with the Flexibus in 5 minutes to the train station, then it is three stops to Günzburg, the train runs every hour. A shuttle bus runs from Günzburg train station to Legoland. It is about 50 km to Ulm or Augsburg, and about 100 km to Munich or Stuttgart. In addition, you can reach the Allgäu in a short distance, with the beautiful landscapes and of course the royal castles.
