Beautiful, cosy apartment for 4-5 persons, ground floor, 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen (open space), bathroom. Situated in a quiet area, excellent for relax, good for children, large covered terrace with outdoor furniture and BBQ. 400 m from the center, 500 m from the sea. Enjoy! The space The house is located in a quite street where are all family houses and not a lot of people are passing by. Equipped with all things you may need, with sunbeds and a large terrace with sitting and eating area, and a BBQ. A lot of sun specially in the afternoon is beautiful. Two levels of the house, makes it more comfortable and more functional. On the first floor you´ll find a cosy living room with TV, with a large sofa and a lunch table, kitchen (washing dish) and bathroom (washing machine). Two rooms with a queen size bed. All the windows and doors changed in 2015. which makes the house more isolated from noise and sun. Access to parking places. The cot is available (please announce it). Guest access During your stay we can provide you additional services with extra charges: - A body massage in the house, no need to go anywhere. - If you like sport we are happy to offer you bikes and guided bike tours. For people in good shape we can offer you mountain bikes, and for those who likes to ride without effort, we offer you electric bikes! (NEW!) - The dryer is not in the house but we can provide you to use it (extra charge). - Airport transfer possible to arrange with our van (extra charge). - Air conditioner - included in price. Other things to note NOTE : - Final cleaning is 60 €. If you leave the house in the way it was at your arrival (relates to the cleanliness), you don´t need to pay the final cleaning. - At the arrival you need to pay tax 1,5 € per person/per day
