Away from the crowds, avoiding the village noise but close enough that you can walk to the village within 5-7 minutes. The Valley trail for hiking and biking crosses right behind our complex. Secure bike storage. No need for a car! Walk to restaurants, liquor stores, shopping, bars, lifts, and MORE! THE LAYOUT Our unit sits above the ground level. When you enter the foyer, you will immediately go up a flight of stairs -16 steps- to the living space. Up the stairs, you will enter into the open concept living room, dining, and kitchen space on the main above-ground-level floor. The sofa bed is in the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with most of your cooking needs. Coffee and tea is available. You will have to bring/purchase your own spices/oil due. Small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, are available for your use. 2 BEDROOMS WITH ENSUITE BATHROOMS Walk up a short flight of stairs to the second floor. LAUNDRY in-suite laundry on the main floor HOT TUB accessed with the common key. The hot tub is located in the back of the unit. Access from around the side of the complex. NOTE FROM OWNERS Please note that this is our winter home during the ski season and some of our belongings are stowed out of the way but may be visible. We bring our pets with us when we are there. We are not accommodating guests' pets due to liability and cleaning costs. We sincerely apologize.
