La Maison du Cèdre, Montpellier

We are Vaea and Philippe, the cedar house has been completely renovated and decorated with all our attention. It is located on the land next to ours and after years of neglect, we wanted to buy it (Philippe is an architect, it helps!) to make it a nice place to rent to people passing through Montpellier, for a few days or a few months. We prefer long stays. The space The cedar house has a living area, living room and kitchen of 50 m². The small original veranda, adjoining the living room, overlooks the garden as well as the living room and kitchen windows. Access to the garden can be done through the front door or through the veranda where a staircase joins the terrace (dining area) and the garden under the cedar (relaxation area). The 3 bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom is located downstairs and the other 2 are upstairs with electric skylights. The bathroom is also spacious and located on the ground floor, as are the toilets. For ecological reasons we did not want to install air conditioning, however each room has modern and quiet fans. We look forward to hosting you and seeing the house come alive with your presence! Small clarification, we care about your tranquility, as well as our own :-) and the two houses and their gardens are not connected, so you will be fully at home.
