A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to Clifton Village, the harbourside, the universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for longer lets and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free on street parking. The garden is shared - we have a very friendly dog. The space The guest house is a one bedroom flat with an open plan living space, with a kitchen, dining area and living area. There is then a separate bathroom with a shower. The guest house also benefits from a patio area with seating, which gets the afternoon and evening sun. The patio area is in the main family garden which is shared with the owners and in regularly use. We also have a small Pomeranian dog who loves attention and belly rubs. Guest access Guests have the whole guest house to use together with the patio area. Other things to note For longer term lets (over two weeks) we do require a cleaner to come in every two weeks. There is an additional fee of £25 per clean, but this includes a full clean of the property and a linen re-fresh. We just ask that the property is vacant and tidy for the cleaner.
