In order to continue to offer you a reasonable rate for quality accomodations, we ask our guests to be mindful of and reasonable with AC consumption. We ask guests to please turn off AC s when they leave the apt. Rather than increase our rates, which would be unfair to our guests who are considerate and do turn off the AC when they leave the apt, we have instituted a $100 deposit requirement. Reasonable energy consumption in Grenada is $4-6 US per day. This is already included and catered for in your booking price. If your meter reading exceeds this amount upon your departure, a claim will be made against your deposit. Hope you understand why this has become necessary.
