The space On the top floor of the house, we have 2 double rooms (beds and bunk beds) and 2 rooms with a double bed, as well as two full bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Guest access On the house's ground floor, there is a toilet, a large fully-equipped kitchen, and a large dining room, as well as a living room, a private fenced patio with a barbecue area, and a chill-out area. Other things to note The stay equal to or less than 10 days, will be considered "Vivienda Turística" (signature of Tourism Contract), in accordance with Dec. Ley 9/2024, 2 de Agosto y Ley 15/2018, 7 de Junio del Consell GVA. The stay longer than 10 days will be considered "Seasonal Rental" (signature of Season Contract), pursuant to Law 29/1994 of November 24, LAU, Art. 3 Y Real Dec. 1312/2024, 23 December.
