You enter the property by the side gate to the private entrance of your room (that opens up to the patio and garden next to the reserve land). The property sits in a club estate that has two 18-hole golf courses and club F&B that also welcomes non-residents. A cheerful place to rest your feet after taking in the sights of Mornington Peninsula or after a round of golf. No cooking but microwave oven, toaster, fridge, boiler, filtered chilled drinking water, Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided. The space The room measures 3.2 metre by 4.5 metre approx. (inclusive of full-mirrored wardrobe) comes with a King-size bed and linen, duvet, two bed-side tables and lamps, one tall-boy, portable heater, iron and board, dryer rack, block-out blinds, Netflix subscription.
