Bonus Event Room (The Spat) for 4 people available for extra cost. Ask re: price/availability. The space We have tried to think of everything that makes us comfortable to make you comfortable. Soft linens, plush towels, pleasing interiors, easy access. Comfort, relaxation and a great nights sleep are our goals. No worries. Coffee is provided for a great start to an enjoyable day in Deltaville. For larger families, the Spat (extra cost) is our overflow detached apartment, additional space for 4 people. For your privacy, The Spat will only be rented to those renting The Oyster House. Guest access House, yard, driveway. Garage is not available. Other things to note I prefer guests to have a few positive reviews. The Spat (Event Room) will only be rented to those individuals that are renting The Oyster House at the same time, for an extra fee.
