Come and enjoy this great place. Located in Chocalla -Cond. La Venturosa, high km 92.2. Tempered pool in winter (after Holy Week until November 30). Direct access to the beach, just 2 blocks away. More than 1200 m2 of land, 700 m2 of garden. Zona de Grrilla, cama saltarina, fulbito de mesa and a toad. 4 internal coaches. 12 to 15 people comfortable in 3 bungalows but can enter more (check price per additional person). Small volleyball court in the garden. The space House near the beach, walking distance. It has a nice 7m-diameter pool, large garden and garage for 4 vehicles. It has 3 bungalows. Each bungalow has 4 rooms. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with hot water, 1 large well-equipped kitchenet and a terrace overlooking the garden overlooking the pool. The bedroom has a 2-seater bed and a 1.5-seater cabin. The kitchenet is super equipped (refri, gas stove, blender, bleacher, rice cooker, pots, pans, etc.), it has a table and sofa bed that must be put together to turn it into a 1 square bed (see photos of how to put it together). On the terrace of each bungalow there is another table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. It also has a grill area close to the pool, with a nice pergola with 3 plastic tables, 1 concrete table and chairs. We have drinking water in all amenities. There is a small two-story building that is not rented and that is unoccupied when the property is rented. The terrace/dining room on the 1st floor of this building can be used. Any additional guests reported must be notified and an extra amount will be paid. The jumping bed supports up to approx 100kg. There is also a foosball and a toad for them to play. After Easter and until November 30, heating is included to temper the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the 3 bungalows, gardens, pool area and grill area close to the pool. There is an additional 2-story bungalow. You can only use the terrace of that bungalow. They are not allowed to use the warehouse quarters that are away from the bungalows. It is rented to a single group to occupy the 3 bungalows. The common areas are not shared with other groups. Beds for 12 people and can enter 15 using the sofa-bed that are in the kitchenets. Other things to note Sheets, bedspreads and pillows with cover are provided if you rent from 2 nights or longer. Bring linens if you only rent for 1 night. If they grill, bring charcoal and if they want to make a fire to bring fire. We have a fire pit. Do not put the fire pit over the garden as the grass is mistreated. Cars park them in the car area (not on the lawn). The jumping bed supports up to 100kg (for example about 3 children under 7 years of age approximately).
