Come and enjoy this great place. It's a country house but on the beach. Ideal for families with children and pet-friendly. Located in Asia, Chocalla-Cond beach. La Venturosa, high km 92.2. Large pool, heated in winter (May to November). Direct beach access, just 2 blocks away. 1200 m2 of land, large garden. Grill area, trampoline, table football and frog. 4 internal garages. 12 to 15 people but more can enter (check price per additional person). The space House close to the beach, you can walk to. It has a nice 7m diameter swimming pool, large garden and garage for 4 vehicles. It has 3 bungalows. Each bungalow has 4 rooms. 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with hot water, 1 large well-equipped kitchenet and a garden terrace overlooking the pool. The bedroom features a double bed and a 1.5-person bunk bed. The kitchenette is super equipped (refrigerator, gas stove, blender, sandwich maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils, etc.), it has a table and a sofa bed that must be assembled to convert it into a single bed (see photos of how to assemble it). On the terrace of each bungalow there is another table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. There is also a grill area near the pool, with two nice pergolas with 3 plastic tables, 1 concrete table and chairs. We have drinking water in all amenities. There is a small two-story building that is not rented and unoccupied when the property is rented. The terrace/dining room on the 1st floor of this building can be used. Any additional guests reported must be notified and an extra amount will be paid. The jumping bed supports up to approx 100kg. There is also a trampoline, foosball, and a frog for them to play with. Guest access Guests have access to the 3 bungalows, gardens, pool area, and grill area near the pool. There is a small 2-story house in front of the bungalows. You can only use the 1st floor terrace of this house, which has a dining table for 8 and a small living room with TV. You cannot use the storage rooms that are away from the bungalows. It is rented to a single group to occupy the 3 bungalows. They do not share common areas with other groups. Beds for 12 people and 15 can enter using the sofa beds that are in the kitchenettes of each bungalow. Other things to note Sheets, bedspreads and pillows with cover are provided if you rent from 2 nights or longer. Bring bed linens if you only rent for 1 night. If they grill, bring charcoal and if they want to make a fire to bring fire. We have a fire pit. Do not put the fire pit over the garden as the grass is mistreated. Cars park them in the car area (not on the lawn). The jumping bed supports up to 100kg (for example about 3 children under 7 years of age approximately). Heating is only available between May and November. The waterfall and pool heating must not be tampered with without authorization.
