Come and enjoy this fantastic place. Located in Chocalla -Cond. La Venturosa, alt km 92.2 Heated pool in winter (after Easter until November 30). Direct beach access, just 2 blocks away. More than 1200 m2 of land, 700 m2 of garden. Grill area, bouncy bed, table football and a frog. 4 internal garages. 12 to 15 people comfortable in 3 bungalows but more can enter (check price per additional person). The space House near the beach, you can walk there. It has a nice 7m diameter pool, large garden and garage for 4 vehicles. It has 3 bungalows. Each bungalow has 4 rooms. 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with hot water, 1 large well-equipped kitchenette and a terrace overlooking the garden overlooking the pool. The bedroom has a double bed and a 1.5 square bunk bed. The kitchenette is super-equipped (gas stove, blender, sandwich maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils, etc.), it has a table and a sofa-bed that must be assembled to turn it into a single bed (see photos of how to assemble it). 2 bungalows have a refrigerator. On the terrace of each bungalow there is another table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. There is also a grill area near the pool, with a nice pergola with 3 plastic tables, 1 concrete table and chairs. We have drinking water in all the services. There is a small two-story building that is not rented and is vacant when the property is rented. The terrace/dining room on the 1st floor of this building can be used. Any additional guests to the information must be notified and an extra amount will be paid for each one. The trampoline supports up to 100kg approx. There is also a foosball table and a frog for you to play. Guest access Guests have access to the 3 bungalows, gardens, pool area, and grill area near the pool. There is a small 2-story house in front of the bungalows. You can only use the 1st floor terrace of this house, which has a dining table for 8 and a small living room with TV. You cannot use the storage rooms that are away from the bungalows. It is rented to a single group to occupy the 3 bungalows. They do not share common areas with other groups. Beds for 12 people and 15 can enter using the sofa beds that are in the kitchenettes of each bungalow. Other things to note Sheets, bedspreads and pillows with covers are provided if you rent for 2 nights or more. Bring bedding if you only rent for 1 night. If you are going to grill, bring charcoal and if you want to make a fire, bring firewood. We have a fire pit. Do not put the fire pit on the garden because it damages the lawn. Park cars in the car area (not on the lawn). The trampoline supports up to 100kg (for example about 3 children under 7 years old approximately).
