Cottage in Caldwell

Cozy one-room cottage on a small farm 20 minutes from Texas A&M University and just 10 minutes from RELLIS campus. Guests will enjoy the privacy of this 400 sq. ft. cottage. The space features a queen size bed, a sitting area with large tv, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There's a pond where guests can fish and a fire pit right outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, microwave, gas stove, and a refrigerator. Third party bookings will be declined or canceled. The space The cottage is located in a rural area about 10 minutes west of Bryan/College Station, TX. There are cows, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and donkeys on this small farm. The cottage is homey and offers guest privacy but easy access to the hosts if needed. Your hosts are happy to visit with you if you want. There's a comfortable bed with soft linens and extra pillows. The living area features a large flat screen TV, an electric fireplace that can be used with or without heat, and a piano! The kitchen area is complete with dishes, cookware, gas cooktop, microwave, small convection oven, coffee maker, and basic spices & oil. Other amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, an ironing board and iron. There's also a charging cable with multiple plugs on each bedside table and a bluetooth speaker. Guest access The entire cottage is accessible to guests. Guests are also free to walk around the property and explore. When in season, guests are welcome to pick dewberries, wild grapes, pecans, and persimmons. There's also an area right outside the cottage where guests can build a campfire and grill.
