Room in safe area near shopping & old town folsom

Centrally located, this room is a quick drive to Lake Folsom, a ton of shopping and the aquatic center! It is a peaceful home with a nice full sized memory foam mattress and a small love seat to lounge on. The room comes with a high def TV with tons of streaming options. High speed wi-fi to get work done and a back yard to hang out in the sun. The space Centrally located home, near Folsom, Fair Oaks, Roseville etc. Home secure with perimeter surveillance and hotel style in room locks to help guests feel safe and at home. I am a laid back guy that enjoys hosting travelers and families year round. Coffee, to go cups, full kitchen access, towels and shower basics included with stay. The kitchen has a dining area, TV and a couch for use while eating just please don't use for extended use. The guests also have access to the immediate back yard area to enjoy during their stay. During your stay As a host I am in and out for work and play so you may run into me or another guest.
