The large living room, kitchen & bath, washer & dryer, dishwasher, central A/C and wifi. 1 block to Hays St. bridge, 1 mile to the Alamo, 0.8 mile to the Riverwalk. 3 minutes from 3 major highways! The space The World Traveler Apt has all the modern appliances and amenities and is located in a 1930's building! Relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a stove with oven, full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pans, utensils, dishes, coffees and teas. The bathroom has a modern vanity with large mirror, combination tub/ shower with shampoo and body wash. You have your washer and dryer on site! We've had fun decorating the World Traveler Apt with fine art pieces and objects. The wifi is excellent. Guest access Free on or off street parking just outside the Retrotech Apt door. For those who choose not to walk or drive the mile into the center of downtown, taxi rides are $10. each way and Uber rides are $6. Also, our city bike rental station is 1.4 mile away. Other things to note Smoking, vaping or bringing any animal or pet (small or large) is not allowed on our property. Our prices are fair for our rental properties and we only take long-term bookings, so please don’t ask us for a discount.
