Snuggledown, Guest suite for 2. Felpham, beach.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking. The space We are Sandra and Jim. We have lived here since 1998 when we moved here from Felpham seafront. We are both retired, and our main hobby is gardening. Snuggledown is attached to our main bungalow by a small lobby and utility room. It has its own front door with no access to the main bungalow. The kitchenette ( not a full kitchen ) has basic cooking facilities, eg, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and mini fridge. If the mini fridge is not sufficient, you are welcome to use our extra fridge in the utility room.The ensuite has WC, shower, sink,mirror, and shaving plug. You will find extra pillows and blankets in the under bed drawer. There is a small private patio for your own use, but please feel free to use our garden anytime you like. There is a lot of wildlife in the garden. You are likely to see a variety of birds and insects, butterflies , squirrels, hedgehogs, and even the occasional fox passes through. You are welcome to use the utility room and anything in there, eg, sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, airer and ironing board. There is a portable cooling fan in there if you're too hot and an oil filled radiator for extra heating if you're chilly. There are also a couple of chairs which you are welcome to take to the beach. Beach towels can also be supplied. Sorry, we do not accept pets.... Guest access Although Snuggledown has its own small private patio, guests are welcome to use our own garden. We have two rescue dogs Hugo and Beaut who also share the garden. Other things to note Snuggledown is ideally situated for any type of break. Ten minutes walk from the sea and Butlins, yet only a short ride away from the lovely southdowns with its views and walks. The cathedral towns of Chichester and Arundel with their cobbled streets and unique shops are about 20 minutes away by car . There is also a castle and gardens at Arundel, which is open in season. We are a short drive away from the Fontwell and Goodwood race courses and the Goodwood Motor circuit where they have the " Festival of Speed" and " Goodwood Revival " Portsmouth is approx 20 miles away, where you can see the Mary Rose and Southampton is approx 40 miles away. If you go in the other direction, there are the towns of Littlehampton, Worthing, Brighton, and Eastbourne If it's shopping complexes you want, there is Gunwharf Quays at Portsmouth, and West Quay is at Southampton.
