Room with breakfast in Mulhouse hypercentre

This beautiful 20 m² private room is located in my apartment, located on the 3rd floor of an iconic Mulhouse building, listed as a Historic Monument. Between the train station (2-minute walk) and the pedestrian center (3-minute walk), it is ideally located to discover the Mulhouse Christmas Market, but also the Alsace Christmas Markets. Decorated in a simple but contemporary way, the room has a desk area to set down or set up a computer. The space The room is located in my large 94 m² apartment, decorated in a contemporary style. Only one private room is rented. There's only one other bedroom in the apartment: mine, but it's not for rent. The building is a quiet residential building, as is the neighborhood. During the Advent season, the Mulhouse Christmas Market is held less than 500 m from the apartment. With nearly 100 chalets, it is open from November 22 to December 27 every day. It's just closed on December 25th. The apartment is a perfect base for visiting the Christmas Market and experiencing the magical atmosphere of this Christmas period in Alsace. Guest access The bedroom is private but the bathroom, toilet and living room are shared with me. Access to the kitchen is allowed to have the breakfast I prepare for you, but it is not possible to access the kitchen or use it for cooking, lunch or dinner. You'll also have access to both balconies, one overlooking the park and the other overlooking the city. During your stay Living in the apartment, I will be happy to share and exchange with you if you wish, to give you tips for your stay or to tell you about my good restaurant deals for example! However, I also know how to be discreet and I am not intrusive by nature. It's up to us to choose the exchanges we want to have! Other things to note I offer breakfast for each night spent at my home: tea, coffee or hot chocolate are available for self-service in the morning, with fresh bread that I will pick up for you at the bakery in the morning. Served on a tray, this breakfast can be enjoyed in the bedroom, in the dining room or on the terrace according to your wishes. Following bad experiences, I specify that access to my storage closets and furniture, other than two in the room, is not allowed. Living in the apartment, my personal belongings are present (except in your room of course). Out of respect for me, I ask that you not search or help yourself directly from the cupboards.
