Our B&B suite at Chypons Farm is the perfect place to relax. It is totally self contained with its own entrance and is located on the first floor of a 300 year old granite barn. The suite is part of a group of 300 year old stone barns and cottages set around a courtyard, bordered by a small river and woodland. Nestling on the side of a valley on the edge of Nancledra, 3 miles from St Ives, 4 miles from Marazion and Penzance. We are 7 minutes drive to the nearest beach . The space The suite is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby or young child. There is plenty of space for a cot and high chair which we can provide for you. There is a King size bed and a two seater sofa. There is a small dining table to have breakfast, a fridge and breakfast bar with toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a wardrobe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry facilities are available should you require them. Guest can also use our lovely peaceful garden area and bbq/ dine alfresco if they like! Guest access The courtyard parking area and surrounding gardens. The guests will be able to use the garden for additional dining. During your stay I live on site with my family and will be able to provide help or travel information etc if required. Other things to note There is a good bus service from here into St Ives and Penzance. You can get on the bus at the top of the road. You can also drive to St Erth Station and leave the car for the day (onlya couple of £s) and get the train into St Ives. It's a very scenic short journey through Carbis Bay. We are in a great location for exploring all the beaches and coastal paths.
