The space One minute walk to the beach using a private access path, this spacious two-level quaint beach house has 3BR/3BA and two ocean facing decks with plenty of outdoor furniture to use. There is plenty of space between neighboring houses for privacy. Located in the Hampton Colony Community. OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA: The recent updates to the house have created this open space that suits contemporary trends and allows everyone to socialize in style. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and tools you’re likely to need to cook and entertain while you're here. There’s enough fridge, freezer and cabinet space to store everyone’s favorite foods, plus all the cookware and plates and cutlery you’ll need to make and serve it. The dining table has up to 7 seats with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar, a great spot to hang out and enjoy coffee or cocktails. BEDROOMS: Each of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, so you won’t have far to go to freshen up after waking up. In total, the 3 bedrooms have 4 queen beds all of which offer up comfortable spaces to sleep and plenty of storage space for your clothes and other belongings. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping capacity if needed. BEDROOM 1-upper level 1 queen bed with attached bathroom w/ shower. BEDROOM 2-lower level 2 queen beds, attached bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. Private entrance to deck. BEDROOM 3-lower level 1 queen bed with attached bathroom w/ shower. ***Host provides clean and well maintained linens (sheets, pillow cases, blankets, bath towels (one set per guest) and a starter set of toiletries. Everything is already in place when you get here. OUTDOOR AREA and AMENITIES: As already mentioned, decks on both floors offer up amazing places to sit and admire the ocean views from the privacy of the house. Decks are furnished with Adirondack chairs, tamarack chairs, tables, etc. There’s also an outdoor shower, great for when you’re returning from the beach to wash off the sand before getting to the house. Your hosts also provide plenty to help keep you relaxed and entertained while you’re outside, including beach chairs, footballs, soccer balls - even binoculars! And you will have access to the nearby shared community pool that’s used by others who are living or staying in the area. PARKING There’s space for up to 5 vehicles to park in the driveway, so you won’t have far to carry your belongings when you get here. You will enter the home using the steps on the right side of house. There is no elevator.
