The space The room is big and harmoniously decorated with red colour based carpets. Spacious apartment acoustically isolated between rooms (exceptional !) for better privacy and incredibly quiet regarding its central location in one of the best and most demanded neighbourhoods of Brussels (Louise quarter/Justice Palace). Several light ambiances possible for beautiful atmospheres. Very comfortable quality mattress would allow you to fully recover during the night. Black out curtains & Silent bed frame ;-) Hands free shower system in the bathroom, ionic tourmaline powerful hairdryer, filtered water everywhere, Ultra High speed internet, non-stop free teas & sugar, bed linen and towels are provided as courtesy. A TPE eco friendly yoga mat along with a meditation cushion are available in the room for indoor use only. Beyond just providing a shelter with a bed and sanitary facilities of very good quality, my intention as a host is also to offer a source of Inspiration to travellers. Therefore I linked each room of my apartment with a VIRTUE (see in the room title). Virtue is strength, power and the key to peace. A virtuous man is every happy, peaceful and prosperous. This "Garden of Virtue" inspired by the teachings of my Yoga masters Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda is meant to propose selected flowers of virtue to reflect upon, meditate, take care of and observe during your short stay. Particularly this room is a tribute to the great woman yogi Anandamayi Ma. I wish these seeds to germinate, grow & blossom from your heart in all aspects of your life and also to ignite the curiosity to learn more. Namaste Guest access Balcony to breathe lots of fresh air and observe the street life, fully equipped Kitchen, Bathroom, Entrance hall. Herbal infusions are graciously offered.. There is also Nespresso coffee machine, you're welcome to bring your own caps if you wish. There are also caps for sale in the kitchen (1€). During your stay Hosting is like getting a new roommate, you share the place giving each other the needed privacy or help when needed. Also, depending on the period of your stay, it might happen that you'll be sharing the apartment only with other Airbnb guests if I'm away (between 2-4 people). But no panic ! Airbnb guests are generally very friendly and nice :-) Other things to note CHECK-IN/OUT hours of the common areas of the Apartment are TOTALLY flexible. You need to access the Airbnb app on Smartphone or iPad in order to enter the apartment. I know that reaching a specific address in an unknown city is a challenge, therefore, in order to help you and reduce the stress of travelling I'm very happy to tell that your arrival time at the apartment will be mine ! You may come thus at any time to leave your luggage, have a shower, get a tea... Please note that the Check-in of the Room starts from 3PM on. Check-out of the Room is 11 AM but you may leave your luggage as long as you wish in the apartment and come later to collect it. If you would like to have access to the room earlier than 3PM or stay longer than 11AM the day of your check-out please contact me a couple of hours before. Extra supplements apply. SHARED SPACES - Ensuring a clean and consistent environment in communal spaces such as the toilet, bathroom and kitchen can be difficult due to their shared nature among guests. Although we aim to maintain cleanliness, it is impractical to sanitize these areas after each use. However, we do perform comprehensive cleaning at least once daily to uphold hygiene standards. Opting for a private room with shared amenities requires a degree of flexibility and understanding about cleanliness expectations. We value your cooperation in this communal living arrangement, as it significantly contributes to a more enjoyable experience for all guests. Your understanding and collaboration in maintaining these shared spaces are essential. Together, we can foster a welcoming and comfortable environment that benefits everyone involved. Thank you for your support in this shared living experience. BED SHEETS are washed at 60° Celsius as recommended for a perfect hygiene but not ironed. Bed linen models may change according to the day of your arrival. 1 TOWEL/person is provided and is replaced once per week. There is no daily "room service" but once a week only for long stays. A LAUNDRY SHOP is located 3min walk from the apartment. Salon Lavoir Berckmans, Rue Berckmans 66. IRON & IRONING TABLE is available only for stays longer than five days.
