The space Pink Villa is air conditioned with 4 ensuite bedrooms of 12 m2-15 m2 with two that are twinnable in the main villa and a further fully independant studio of 30m2 housing the 5th ensuite bedroom. Comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a heated 60m2 swimming pool, a home cinema and entertainment lounge, an eliptical fitness machine, an ensuite pool house, summer kitchen with barbeque and pizza oven, double boulodrome and a games room with table tennis and billiards. Please note the swimming pool can be heated upon request at an additional charge. All areas offer breathtaking views overlooking Cabris and the Cote D'Azur. The villa is equipped with Sonos Multi Room Sound System and Samsung Smart TV's for you to connect to your favourite music and television series whilst staying as our guest. The land is fully private with a garage and additional parking for 4 cars all secure within this 1600m2 piece of land. Guest access Located in Cabris with stunning views towards the Bay of Cannes, the mountains of Esterel and only 40 minutes from Nice International Airport. Beaches in Cannes and Mandelieu are located 30 minutes by car and Grasse, the home of perfume is only a 10 minute drive away. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the village centre hosting restaurants, natural historic sites, a pharmacy and 2 bakeries for your daily croissant fix. There are several great restaurants in the village which we would be happy to recommend and all essential amenities (supermarkets) can be found in the nearby Le Tignet or Peymeinade towns (10 minutes by car). Tennis is available a 5 minute walk away and golf within a 10 minute drive.
