If you arrive later than that sorry but I am not available to assist. The space A site built house about 1,500 sq feet on 1/4 acre . Close to hwy 55 and minutes from downtown Fuquay Varina . Your room and house will be clean . Shared common space in living room , kitchen and back porch . It’s located in a neighborhood cul de sac . Guest access 24/7 Access . A shared guest bathroom with shower/ tub and vanity . A living room area that has a desk as well as a tv . A shared kitchen with available use of a microwave , toaster ,coffee maker , kitchen sink and space in refrigerator.only . No use of range During your stay I am available via my cell phone between 9 am and 10 pm otherwise you can message me anytime and I try to answer fairly quickly. Other things to note We offer as many extra amenities as we can for no extra charge but if for some unforeseen reason they become unavailable then we offer no refunds . Rooms are cleaned weekly and fresh linens provided In order to keep our prices low we participate in Duke energy’s rush hour program . If somebody rings the doorbell please do not answer it .
