The atmosphere is cozy and conducive to relaxation, to make you feel at home! Only 300 meters from the sea, it is ideally located, to the delight of children who can enjoy the beach daily! The space With a surface area of 54 m2 with garden and terrace as a bonus, the configuration of the house is ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). Entirely on one level, the house is functional and fully equipped. You can enjoy: - a large bright living/dining room (with TV), open to the kitchen and overlooking the outdoor terrace. - a fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. - a large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and 2 pillows. - a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm x 190 cm). Each bed is equipped with a mattress pad, a duvet and a pillow. - a bathroom with sink and shower. - a separate toilet. The little extras: You can enjoy the calm of the garden and the outdoor terrace, with: a large garden table, 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs, large parasol and a gas "plancha" barbecue. Other info: A fifth bed is possible, if you unfold the sofa bed in the living room. If you plan to use it, please let me know in advance so that I can provide you with the appropriate bedding. Other things to note -> Linens and towels are not included in the rental price. Possibility to provide them to you at an additional cost (by reservation): - Sheet set (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcase): €8 per bed - Towel kit (1 small + 1 large towel): €5 per kit -> The end of stay cleaning is your responsibility (cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, brooms, mop are available). So that the following vacationers can also enjoy a pleasant time, thank you for taking care of the house throughout the stay and returning it clean and tidy, as you found it on arrival. If at the time of the departure inventory, the cleaning was not considered satisfactory, an amount of €80 will be deducted from the deposit. If you prefer to free yourself from this task, it is also possible to anticipate by booking the cleaning package in advance, at the price of €60.
