Only 5 minutes off I-15, our suite offers a perfect scenic location! This spacious (720 square feet) suite is super clean with a "fresh" feeling. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon. You are sure to enjoy the clean and open feel of this studio apt. The kitchen is well equipped, laundry facilities a plus and our keyless entry make check in a breeze! This is a BASEMENT apartment with about 12 steps leading to the unit. (Because we live on the above level, you may hear steps and creaks periodically.) A walking distance away is a reservoir, and a disk golf course. There is so much to explore in the mountains all around us! ATV's and SxS's are legal on our street, so you can head on out the door into the canyon! No need to trailer your machines. Ours is a popular spot if you are visiting Little Sahara Sand Dunes, Young Living events, Payson Lakes, or BYU events. And of course, Mt. Nebo Scenic Loop is a must see! Payson LDS temple is 5 miles. Santaquin Canyon is a worldwide destination for rock and ice climbing. A new bike trail called Prospector View Bicycle Park provides trails for hikers, bicyclists, equestrian riders and outdoor enthusiasts alike. (in beginning stages 2023) MANY past tenants have said that this location has more than I lead on to. Come see for yourself! You'll access the unit by going down 12 steps into our basement studio apartment. The windows give great lighting- especially in the kitchen. The whole area is clean and open. You'll like the fresh new remodeled look of the bathroom. We would love to socialize with you if you are the friendlier type, but we also want to give you your space while you have time away from home. But please, let us know if you need anything or feel like playing corn hole together! We are located in a large family neighborhood just off of I-15. Our road is a popular street to ATV-ing in a neighboring mountain. There is also a small reservoir close by which offers great fishing. With access to two canyons minutes away you'll soon love the canyons we have come to love! Many past tenants have expressed the many opportunities here so if you love the outdoors, this is a great place to be in the center of it all! You may see deer or turkeys out in the yard or in the orchard across the street. In the summertime flowers and fruit are available for picking in the orchard. (See pic) We offer a few yard games - Corn Hole, Kuub, YardZee and/or Farkle. Young Living Farm is 20 miles away, Rowley's Red Barn in just down the road. Come stay with us during Payson's Scottish Festival! We're not far from shopping in Spanish Fork or Provo where there are many other attractions. We'd love to share our neighborhood with you! There is much to explore in this area, so bring your hiking boots, bikes or ATV's. From main street, just 2 miles away, you can catch UTA buses to Provo, Salt Lake City, etc. We have a designated parking spot for your vehicle on the far right of our driveway just steps from the downstairs entrance. In the summertime it will be shaded by the grove of acorn trees. You'll enter through the basement screen door and exterior door. (On the left is a private locked storage room.) Directly in front of you has a door with a wreath on it and that is the access the Airbnb. Enter the keyless entry code and enjoy your stay!
