Only 5 minutes off I-15, our unit offers a perfect scenic location! Our spacious bnb (720 square feet) is super clean with a "fresh" feeling. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon. The space You are sure to enjoy the clean and open feel of this studio apt. The kitchen is well equipped, laundry facilities a plus and our keyless entry make check in a breeze! This is a BASEMENT apartment with about 12 steps leading to the unit. (Because we live on the above level, you may hear steps and creaks periodically.) A walking distance away is a reservoir, and a disk golf course. There is so much to explore in the mountains all around us! ATV's and SxS's are legal on our street, so you can head on out the door into the canyon! No need to trailer your machines. Ours is a popular spot if you are visiting Little Sahara Sand Dunes, Young Living events, Payson Lakes, or BYU events. And of course, Mt. Nebo Scenic Loop is a must see! Payson LDS temple is 5 miles. Santaquin Canyon is a worldwide destination for rock and ice climbing. A new bike trail called Prospector View Bicycle Park provides trails for hikers, bicyclists, equestrian riders and outdoor enthusiasts alike. (in beginning stages 2023) MANY past tenants have said that this location has more than I lead on to. Come see for yourself! Guest access You'll access the unit by going down 12 steps into our basement studio apartment. The windows give great lighting- especially in the kitchen. The whole area is clean and open. You'll like the fresh new remodeled look of the bathroom. Other things to note You'll enter through the basement screen door and exterior door. (On the left is a private locked storage room.) Directly in front of you has a door with a wreath on it and that is the access the Airbnb. Enter the keyless entry code and enjoy your stay!
