This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the views. This one acre hillside home was built with a granny flat and studio below the house. There is a long term tenant in the flat and I occasionally stay in the studio when working in town. There is a tiny house on the property with one long term renter. Friendly dogs welcome with approval. Check it out....you won't be disappointed! Master suite is on the East end of house and 2 guest rooms are on the West end. Large open concept living, dining and kitchen. Gorgeous view deck space with comfortable chairs. Also a quiet shaded and private sitting area in the backyard surrounded by a canopy of oak trees and fenced area for pets. You will have access to two garage parking spaces. Extra cars may be advised to park on the street with a moderate walk up the driveway to the house. ***Because others share the property this property it is listed below market value*** Other things to note *No outside noise past 9pm. *No amplified noise or music. *No one on the property without permission of owner. All guests must be listed on reservation accurately. *No pets without prior permission. *This is a peaceful escape; not suitable for loud groups. *No smoking inside the house. Outside smoking allowed with extreme caution during windy fire season. Please clean up smoking materials.
