Highway 31 Cabins #1 is a pet friendly one room cabin, conveniently located on US 31, just a 10 minute drive to Manistee & 20 minutes to Ludington. Close to rivers & lakes for fishing, kayaking & swimming. Snowmobile trails, cross country & downhill skiing, hiking & biking trails, Lake Michigan, Big M, Nordhouse Dunes, North Country Trail, wineries, Little River Casino, farm markets & golfing are all close by. Please read the entire listing description & pet policy before booking. The space *Cabin #1 has two double beds *Microwave, fridge, coffee pot, plates, utensils, coffee & teas. No kitchen. *Table & three chairs, TV w/Dish cable *SMALL bathroom w/shower, toilet, sink, towels, body wash, and shampoo provided. *Propane heater and electric wall heater *No AC, two fans are provided *No WiFi, Verizon & At&t have strong signals. *Outside: 2 chairs, private fire pit with grill grate, bbq tools, roasting sticks, & picnic table. *Firewood available on site for a fee. **DOG FRIENDLY for $20 PER PET, PER NIGHT FEE** Max 2 large, or 3 small dogs in the cabin. Non aggressive breeds only. Dogs must be kept off bedding, kenneled when unattended, and on a leash when outside. *LOCATION INFO: The cabin sits in a semi-circle formation with our 6 other vintage roadside Highway 31 Cabins. The cabins are private and do not share any common spaces. As shown in photos, the cabin is located on US 31, so we are a short drive to popular area sites. There will be road noise as people travel to & from work. Most guests are gone exploring during the day and return in the evening when traffic noise is minimal, so consider this before booking. Guest access No contact check-in is available. You have the whole cabin, picnic table, and private fire pit. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note ***PET POLICY: $20 PER PET, PER NIGHT Max 2 large, or 3 small dogs in the cabin. *Non-aggressive breeds welcome, per our insurance policy. *Dogs must be kept off furniture and bedding. *Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended inside the cabin and on a leash at all times when outside. *The cabin has well water and is safe to drink, but if you're used to city water, bringing your own drinking water is recommended* *No WiFi or air conditioning* *No tents, pop ups, vehicle tents, or hammocks allowed * *Our cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person, per night, and must be pre-approved & paid through Airbnb.
