Large covered porch, picnic table, fishing dock, private boat ramp, charcoal grill, fire pit, and great sunrises! * Our private boat ramp/dock is currently NOT useable due to Lake Buchanan water level being low at the moment. Public boat ramps are also unavailable due to the water level. **Lake Buchanan is very low at the moment (~25ft below normal) and the pictures do not indicate this. Guests can walk or use the boat ramp to drive to the water front. Lake views from the main living room, master bedroom, and rear bedroom of the home. Water front access in a small cove that makes for great swimming, fishing, and boating. Recent upgrades include new flooring, balcony, bathroom, and many other upgrades to come. Begin the day by watching the sunrise over the lake from the bedroom, balcony, or large covered patio. Relax and enjoy the morning as the wildlife passes through the area. Alternatively use the private dock or boat ramp to enjoy early morning fishing or relaxation by the water. During the day, enjoy the ping pong table, horse shoes, water toys, and cornhole boards located in the closet near the front door. The lake is just a short 30ft walk to the beach/swimming area which is located in a small cove. Amenities include wi-fi, internet TV, washer and dryer (located in laundry room at the rear of the carport). Extra chairs and cooler are also located in the laundry room. There are a lot of deer that live on the island. Be careful and drive slowly especially in the morning and evening when they are out. Other notes: 1) Lake Buchanan is NOT a constant level lake. Please check with us before you bring a boat to make sure water level isn’t too low. There are other ramps in the area including Llano county park public boat ramp. 2) The water source is from a well, so you may want to bring your own drinking water. 3) The master bedroom is on the second floor. 4) We have installed exterior cameras to the outside of our home. 5) Parties and extra guests are prohibited. 6) No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
