The perfect house for you and your family! You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. We are located on the border of Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation. Take a quick drive to the beach and then come relax in the heated pool or under the Tiki Hut. We are approx. 11 miles from FLL airport. This is our first home that we designed just the way we wanted it and we wanted to share it with others. Our house is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. We have two separate living room/seating areas. There are two couches and we can provide additional bedding such as an air mattress if needed. We have everything you need for kids because we have them too and know that if our kids are entertained then we can relax. Feel free to use all the kids toys, books, games, etc...We do have some personal belongings that will be in the home and we ask that you respect our property. Absolutely no parties or people over the amount stated upon booking or you will be removed from the property and lose all money paid immediately. We do have monitored security cameras. This is a family neighborhood and we respect our neighbors as we are all friendly. We love this beautiful house we made and know you will too. We are close to many beaches! Fort Lauderdale Beach-9 miles Dania Beach-10 miles Hollywood Beach-15 miles Lauderdale by the Sea-12 miles Pompano Beach-15 miles South Beach Miami- 32 miles We are about 14 minutes from the airport & beach, 15 minutes from one of the largest outlet malls and surrounded by shops, parks, restaurants and bars. This home is child friendly. We have a pool fence and have spent the past few years baby proofing our home. We do have a pack and play and several other baby/toddler/children items for your use. Please request any additional items prior to your arrival. We have a park with a splash pad and several playgrounds all under a 5 minute walk. We have a large tiki hut, games, heated pool and all the other amenities you would want in a home. We remodeled the entire home and everything is new. Please keep in mind homes built in this area do not have large bedrooms. The bedrooms tend to be smaller with not a lot of storage. We will have drawers available for you to place some items in. Some drawers and cabinets will be locked and we ask that they remain locked for our privacy. We designed this house to have two larger living room areas, and an open concept kitchen with a bar. Most of our time is spent in our backyard oasis, in the pool or under the tiki hut and patio area. We are happy to share our home with you and hope you enjoy your time while here. Absolutely no subleasing. Absolutely no pets due to allergies. The pet cleaning fee will start at $500 if any animal is on the premise. We do have a renters agreement you will be required to sign prior to arrival, releasing us from liability. Guest access We have everything in this home you will need to make your stay easy. We want this to feel like your beach house when you stay here. There is a garage that will be off limits as this is our personal space. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to request baby items or the pool heated in winter. We also have routine pool service and pest service. Other things to note Please note if you need to the pool fence or anything special you must let us know prior to your arrival. Cleaning is prescheduled so checkout time is set. We kindly ask that you are fully checked out by 10am. There will be a $100 fee for every extra hour (charged by the cleaners if they have to wait on you to clean) However if we don’t have guests checking in on the same day we can definitely be flexible!
