House in the Hills (Room 1)

My place is close to: St. Andrews market (every Saturday); Nillumbik Winery; Rob Roy Hill Climb; State Parks; Sugarloaf Reservoir; St.Andrews pony club; the Yarra Valley and its wineries; St. Andrews and Panton Hill Hotels; a myriad of bike, horse and walking trails. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bike riders, horse riders, wine lovers, star gazers, market goers,bird watchers and nature enthusiasts. The space Double room with TV and DVD player. Bathroom exclusively for guests. Guest access Guests can have access to the living areas, kitchen and outdoor spaces. We can negotiate use of the laundry. During your stay Someone will be available to assist with local information and use of facilities. Other things to note We have chickens that provide us with fresh organic, free range eggs. There is an organic vegetable patch, seasonal raspberries and fruit trees. We are on tank water, which is filtered and great to drink, but please be mindful of water usage. This is an environmentally friendly house; bio paints and stains and a composting waste/sewerage system which uses worms, so no harsh chemicals are to be rinsed down drains or flushed down toilets.
