Family apartment on the edge of the forest - smart, ecological

Our bright, friendly furnished ground floor apartment for 2 people on request + max. 1 child is about 110 m². It is located on the edge of the forest in the district of Neuenheerse in the direction of Bad Driburg in a tranquil small residential area. In 8 minutes you can reach the city center of the spa town of Bad Driburg by car with many sights/shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafes and the bus station with good connections to Paderborn. A good bus connection starts close to the house. The space Our apartment is very bright and friendly, completely renovated according to ecological criteria, with a pleasant indoor climate especially for allergy sufferers, largely barrier-free with senior and disabled friendliness and a smart apartment in a double sense: We have tried to design the apartment amicably for young and old with high recognition value and to fully digitize it in a future-oriented manner: You, dear visitor, determine light scenes according to your mood - or darken automatically. The child-friendly hallway area allows a spontaneous transformation into a digital work (home office) and playground for young and older residents. The spacious kitchen area with complete and dimmable work surface and ceiling lighting is inviting for a cozy get-together and cooking. The open and spacious living room enriches relaxed togetherness, combines earlier styles with modernity - not only with possible digital and analog games. The bedroom awakens childhood memories and allows for quiet sleep due to the good indoor climate due to clay walls and clay ceilings. Speakers for enjoyable background music are built into the ceiling. The bathroom is already a pleasure in itself. We strive to implement more ideas there. In all living rooms, the solid wooden floor is always warm to the feet and radiates comfort and warmth. The rear sun terrace invites you to relax while chatting or barbecuing. From there, it leads directly into the forest with hiking trails. Guest access is possible to all areas in the apartment, the dry cellar and the rear sun terrace with access to the garden area and the forest. Other things to note For a single night we have to charge €51, from the 4th night €47 per night, plus €10 per night for each additional person. However, we do not rent for less than 2 nights. Check-in is possible on weekends from 3 pm, during the week please by arrangement.
