The space is separated from the downstairs unit (also a rental) with a double-keyed deadbolt and has its own private entrance with keypad. The kitchen is fully equipped or walk less than 2 minutes to ~15 nearby restaurants. Perfect for the business traveler, the space has a dedicated workspace and high speed internet (with ethernet cable available). The smart TV provides access to your own streaming channels. Great space for couples looking to explore Seattle or enjoy the beach. Take a free, 10 min shuttle ride down to the water taxi for a beautiful 20min ride with views of the skyline to downtown Seattle. You'll land at the waterfront with piers to explore right near Pike Place Market. Catch a Mariners, Seahawks or Sounders game or concert at Lumin Field and T-Mobile Park just a short distance from the water taxi. Grab a bus to Kerry Park for the best views in the city, head up to Ballard to see the salmon swim up the fish ladder at the Ballard Locks or stop by the Space Needle. Also please note that there is a potential for noise both from downstairs guests to general noise of Alki. Earplugs are provided but if you are very sensitive to sounds this may not be the right place for you. IMPORTANT: The townhome shares a common wall with an identical unit next door. There is NO SMOKING of any kind in the studio or on the balcony due to the proximity of windows and other homes. You're welcome to smoke in the alleyway down wind of the townhome. We can sometimes accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb's terms of service.
