Incredible River House in the Columbia River Gorge

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location. The space Well appointed kitchen with high-end dishware, gas stove, gas grill, microwave, blender, and more. Woodstove inside, fire pit on the deck and a big one down near the river. Hot tub on a huge deck overlooking the river. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for a chest of drawers in the master bedroom closet reserved for the owner. Other things to note WiFi: Ziply offers high-speed internet for our house. Trash will be picked up every Tuesday. We allow a maximum of two dogs per stay at our house.
