Welcome, here we dream! -- DISTRIBUTION -- Our house has the characteristic charm of the Mediterranean houses of Alicante. Its 60m2 are distributed evenly between its two floors of 30m2, which are connected by stairs. As you can see in the photos, our "don algodon" house is divided into the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR - A large living room in which there are: * The living-dining room area with sofa, dining table and television. * The kitchen area. Well equipped and fully integrated in the space. - A bathroom equipped with shower where you will also find the washer-dryer. UPSTAIRS -The sleeping area organized as follows: * A master bedroom with a double bed and full ensuite bathroom. * A second bedroom with a double bed. Regarding the bathrooms, as mentioned above, both are equipped with shower and there is one on each floor. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 çair conditioner units with heat pump in the living room and the master bedroom. The hot water is provided by a 100 liters electric water heater: it is important that you take this into account because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to be refilled again. Parking on the street is possible and free of charge, however, in the street of the house it is not possible to park as it is pedestrian and therefore it is necessary to park in the surroundings (it can be complicated) or in one of the nearby parking lots. The closest to the house is the "Parking Foietes" in Camí Vell d'Alacant, 3 and it is about 5 min. walking distance approx. For more parking recommendations, do not hesitate to contact us.
