Welcome to our family-home, while we're traveling elsewhere. It's bright, spacious, and intentionally minimalistic. And we count ourselves blessed to have natural light throughout the house (when Dublin's weather behaves) The house is located 4km from the GPO/North city centre and also a 10-min walk away from Phoenix Park (largest urban park in Europe), with many public transport options available. It's quiet and residential with direct-access to the hustle of the city. The space The house is in a quiet and residential estate just off the main "Navan Road". The estate has a large green space between all the house, giving it a lovely private yet open feeling. On nights with clear skies, you can spot many stars. The house has a front-yard and a backyard with a flourishing and rich-garden on both sides. The house has two floors (incl. an attic) with two sets of standard stairs. The non-sleeping space includes an open dining, living and kitchen space. The living room has a functional wood-fire place. There's also a pantry with access to a washing machine and cleaning products. For sleeping spaces, there are two full bedrooms and a converted open attic (without a door) to let the light into the house. Each of the bedrooms have closet space (with one closet closed off with personal items). The open attic has a double bed, chair and hanging rail for clothes. Guest access Guests can access the full home barring any areas that are locked away without keys. Two of the smaller-rooms (not displayed in this ad) will be locked with some of our personal items that we're leaving behind. Alongside a closet in one of the bedrooms.
