Island cottage - tiki bar, turntable, vintage LPs

Cozy and snug guest cottage with two sitting areas: a spacious front patio and a small back deck. Vintage flea market style decor. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, bedroom with walk-in closet. Shared garden view. The space 700 square foot detached guest cottage. Spacious living room with queen sofa bed, bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet, full bathroom with shower and tub, full kitchen. Guest access The cottage has its own separate entrance through our backyard gate. The garden is a shared space with raised planting beds, flowers, and maturing fruit trees. Other things to note The island cottage is a fully-detached, single-story residence located about 15 yards away from the main house occupied by your hosts, Marise and Jason. Note that your closest neighbors will be those living in the mid-sized, two-story apartment building just behind the cottage. The area we live in is very quiet overall — occasionally, however, you may hear construction noise or a dog barking. Jason and I have three indoor/outdoor cats (Tinklebell, Loki, and Hobbes) who live with us in the main house, though you may see them in the backyard from time to time. The high-tech cat door is locked to prevent curious critters from venturing inside during your visit.
