Palm House is situated on a private residential road. Your private cottage is located on our secluded property in an quiet and quaint neighborhood. Our property is located close to Blue Mountain, Grayton, Seaside and Seagrove Beach. There are 50 public beach accesses along 30-A within 6 miles from our Home. We are also four minutes away to the Choctawhatchee Pilchner Public park . They are located next to the 331 bridge and have a fishing pier with boat launch. There is plenty of room on our property for your boat or RV parking. There is a gas grill for your convenience. You will have access to the area around the Palm House with includes a screened in porch and a table and chairs to sit outside. There is access to the gas grill. We live on the property and are here most of the time. We are available if you need us but we will respect your privacy. Our neighborhood is 11 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of South Walton. We have a private estate near the bay. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that there are no loud parties. We are located under large oaks and native pine trees. A wonderful place to unwind in privacy after a day at the beach or shopping at the amazing shops along 30-A!
