One is in the driveway, and the other is secure behind an automatic gate in the backyard. Please be aware: -This home is on a shared property with other tenants. -The backyard shares a fence with neighbors, so some daytime noise is possible. Occasional street noise may be heard as the home faces a street. Other things to note -The property does not have central heat or A/C (wall heaters and fans are provided). -There will be $30 extra fee per person per night after 6 guests -No parties or events are allowed. -The person booking must be the one staying at the property. No third-party bookings. -Exterior security cameras and decibel monitors (Minut) are in place to ensure a peaceful stay.
