Lovely stylish family home, close to the beach, ideal for a family with (young) children. This semi-detached house has a beautifully landscaped garden in Ibiza atmospheres, right in the center of the picturesque Heemstede. Located in a quiet and safe street, right across from a playground, just around the corner from the Raadhuisstraat/Binnenweg, which was voted the "nicest shopping street in the Netherlands" for a few years. The space The house is located in a unique location: right in the center of Heemstede, but in a very quiet and safe place. This corner house has a church across the street and a playground on the other side. So plenty of privacy, no view from neighbors. THE GARDEN In the front garden, there is a historic beech tree with a spectacular rope swing. Through the side garden (with covered bicycle shed), you walk to the cozy backyard with sunny lawn, a fixed lounge corner under the shelter of a pergola, a spacious garden table with benches and a covered seating area in Ibiza atmospheres with lovely wood stove with pizza oven. In the garden you will find a fully equipped kamado Large grill and an extra kettle barbecue. LIVING ROOM This is located at the front of the house, overlooking the church and playground. Feel free to use the wood-burning fireplace, the television with over 100 channels and Netflix, and the Sonos system for your music. KITCHEN The kitchen is the central hub of the house and separates the living room from the dining room. It is fully equipped: 5-burner gas stove with wok burner, boiling water tap, fridge-freezer, hot air oven, microwave, steam oven, dishwasher and all necessary equipment such as blender, slow juicer, bread maker, food processor and delicious coffee from our Jura bean machine. DINING ROOM Here you will find a cozy dining area for 6 people, with a gas fireplace and French doors to the garden. On the other side of the room is a piano. BEDROOMS On the second floor is the master bedroom, with double box spring, TV with lift, private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a walk-in closet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with 2 fixed beds. If desired, a bed can be added in both rooms, so that a total of 6 people can sleep. BATHROOM On the first floor is a bathroom with double sink, bath tub and separate shower. The toilet is located separately in the hallway. Guest access All rooms are accessible to guests, except for the study on the first floor. This is where we store our private belongings.
