The bathtub and toilet are separate. Basic toiletries, towels provided! Small in unit washer + drying racks. Please note:Victorian building runs cold! The space There is no living room or backyard, but the kitchen has seating at an island and gets tons of morning light. The landing above the stairs has all the workout equipment, a big mirror, and there is seating and desks in every room. Guest access You'll have access to the kitchen, landing, bathroom with tub, toilet room, and your own room. Your room will have a unique lock and key. Other things to note Very strict NO SHOES worn inside and NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. We are very clean and if you struggle to clean up after yourself in the bathroom or kitchen, please note this listing is not a good fit. There is a small 10lb load washer that can be hooked up to the kitchen sink. I can set this up for you most weekday and weekend nights. Just let me know and I'll set it up for you. We no longer let people hook it up themselves due to some unfortunate flooding incident. Thank you! =) There's 2 large clothing drying racks. Left messes will be charged cleaning fees. And shoes worn anywhere inside will result in carpet cleaning fees. Repeated messes or shoes worn inside house more than 3 times will result in early eviction with no refund.
