The small Aventin, nestled on the heights of the Iton Valley, is located in a park of an elegant Norman house. The B&B (bed and spa) is the perfect cozy nest for a great breath of fresh air and rest. You will stay in the greatest calm with stunning views of the valley. 🚗 15 min from Evreux and Louviers 45 min from Giverny 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris and Deauville The space In the same space are the bedroom, the living area, the bathroom with spa bath and the toilet. This former outbuilding was completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The surface area is 21 m2 with a beautiful height under a cathedral ceiling. The beams are exposed. You can store your belongings in the storage bed or the small black wardrobe. All windows are equipped with blackout curtains. The small Aventin, well separated from the main building, is located in a private garden with outdoor furniture available in the summer. Guests can enjoy the entire park and have a private part of it with sun loungers and dining area with umbrella. For total disconnection and a Zen stay: no TV, no Wi-Fi in the B&B! For addicts: you can connect to the house Wi-Fi accessible from the garden bench by approaching our house. In addition, the 4G network is excellent. A Bluetooth speaker is provided so you can listen to your music from your smartphone. In order to preserve the volume of the accommodation and the view of the beams, an architectural choice was made to install open American-style toilets with a privacy wall. The accommodation is equipped with a double set of blackout and thermal curtains to ensure optimal comfort. For babies: baby bed, baby bath and changing mat available free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance. Guest access At the end of a road reserved for residents, on the edge of the Iton, it's the greatest calm... You will have access to the B&B Petit Aventin annex, its private garden and free parking. Opportunity to relax in the flowery park: on a Parisian bench or on a lounger at the top of the field for a panoramic view, a real moment of relaxation. No access to the rest of the house. Other things to note Access to the house is via a paved road after passing through the automatic gate. You can park next to your B&B. A hot beverage tray is available (tea, coffee, herbal tea) as well as individual bottles of water. The coffee maker provided requires SENSEO pods. On arrival 4 pods are provided. You can't cook in the B&B, however we will recommend good restaurants in the area (within 10 minutes). The accommodation does not provide a full breakfast service The nearest supermarket is Leclerc, 8 minutes away. Guests have the use of cutlery, a microwave and a super quiet mini fridge. For breakfast, a bakery (closed in August) is next door in the village. (Open from seven o'clock including Sunday morning until 1 p.m.) The garden includes a small pool of water, we advise against coming with young children, they will be under your full responsibility. Pets are welcome, please let us know by message. We can provide you with a bowl. If the booking calendar allows, early check-in is available from 2pm or late checkout is available no later than 2pm, within the limit of three hours for both arrival and departure for an extra €15. A second level, for an extra €30, is offered for early check-in at 11 a.m. or late checkout at 5 p.m. under the same conditions as mentioned above Any period started is due in full.
