This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Studio on Standard is located in downtown Hornell on a quite and private road. Alstom 1.5 mi, Alfred U and College 11 mi and Keuka Lake/wineries 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs in Hornell are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outdoor stairs). S on S offers a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom with a stand up shower. This unit carries an animal exemption. The space Studio on Standard is located on the second floor of an eight unit apartment building. There is plenty of parking for cars, trucks and trailers. There is a shared coin operated washer and dryer on the second floor. The washer and dryer is shared with the other five units upstairs. Please be courteous to our tenants by switching and removing laundry promptly. Unit number two is where you will be staying. It’s one big room with a queen bed, couch and table. The full kitchen is separate as is the bathroom. Studio on Standard is excited to announce a partnership with the Hornell Golf Club! In each studio there is a scorecard that entitles one golfer to one round of golf, 9 or 18 holes (does not include cart rental). Pack your clubs and grab the scorecard from your stay at Studio on Standard to redeem at the Hornell Golf Club; 473 Seneca road, Hornell. Guests will be able to access fiber optic high speed WiFi and are welcome to log into their streaming services. Guest access Guests staying at Studio on Standard will have access to parking in the buildings parking area. The outdoor stairs and hallway is shared with the five other upper units as is the washer and dryer (located between units four and six). Other things to note Our building is no smoking! Guests and tenants can smoke on the balcony or in parking areas. A smoking fee will be added if a guest smokes inside the studio. Please do not burn incense in the unit. We also ask no parties or gatherings are held in the studio. Most of our tenants work full time and we expect our guests and tenants to be respectful of each other.
