It is fully furnished, walking distance to Greenwood business district and buses, and ready for your long term stay in Seattle! The space Enter to a large comfortable living and dining room with box beam ceilings and carpeted floor. Television with Roku remote including local TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Dining table seats four. Large windows let in lots of light and have full length room darkening curtains. New ductless heater/air conditioner keeps the home comfortable consistently in any season. Charming kitchen fully stocked with cooking essentials. Check out the hand laid parquet floor while you enjoy your breakfast. Spacious, cool and quiet back bedroom with a ceiling fan, light blocking shades, dresser, large closet, bedside tables and bookshelf with books for your stay. The bathroom is small, but completely updated with fan, heat, new tiles, bathtub with shower, towels and toiletries. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and closet with cleaning supplies and room for your storage. Bikes and gear can also be stored in the laundry room.
