SEAL ROCK HOUSE is a unique hide-away located at the end of a private access road on a 50 acres property with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to a private sandy beach. The house sits on an elevated site overlooking Gegogan Harbour and has breathtaking views onto the Atlantic Ocean. The beach slopes gently into the bay and is perfect for swimming for younger children or launching the kayaks for a tour of the bay and swimming with the seals. The space Our SEAL ROCK HOUSE sits on over 50 acres of land and has its own sandy beach just a few feet from the house. We built the house in 2021 specifically for living outside and on the beach, and it is completely oriented towards the gorgeous view. The open and very modern design offers two large covered terraces with seating and inside a large combined living and dining area with an open kitchen that should satisfy even the highest demands. The house has one bedroom with a queen size double bed that has direct access to the terrace and an equally perfect view of the sea. The bathroom with tiled shower is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. A second sleeping possibility is offered on a loft floor, which can be reached via a small ladder. This area is more suitable for children or sporty adults. There we have a second queen size bed, so you can live in the house with a total of 4 people. A small work corner with a desk completes the offer, so you can also perfectly do some work or follow your creative streak here. The house is individually furnished with design classics and offers all the amenities you need for a truly relaxing vacation by the sea. We have a Weber BBQ, outdoor furniture, a fire pit and an outdoor shower. We have a double kayak and a small sit-on-top kayak available for our guests. Of course, you can also bring your own boat. Sailboats or smaller boats can be launched directly at our beach, for larger boats there is a slipway nearby.
