Independent cottage consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, living room, kitchen/dining room, shower room and separate toilet. The 2nd independent bedroom has a water point and a toilet. A private terrace with barbecue is dedicated to you. Located in a green setting, 10 minutes by car, you will find all amenities in Alban, or water sports in Trébas. The cottage is located 35 minutes from Albi and 1 hour from Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castres, Rodez and Roquefort. The space The small sofa bed in the main accommodation can accommodate 1 or 2 children at no extra cost. The 2nd independent bedroom will be available from the 3rd adult guest. Other things to note We love the quiet life of the countryside and homemade food, I also offer organic sourdough bread, madeleines, honey, jams, jellies, vegetables (depending on availability) and eggs. BUT BEWARE: There is a new inhabitant next to the cottage, it is an Orpington rooster, his name is Queue Noir and he usually crows around 7 a.m./7:30 a.m. so for those who want to have a lie-in, plan on earplugs!!
