Are you looking for a quiet, picturesque, cozy get away? Look no further. This amazing little home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life. My guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, or just leisurely floating. If you love to fish, there are large-mouth bass, crappies, sunfish, catfish! Your four-legged family members are more than welcomed here and they will love the open, fenced in yard to run or play in the water! Enjoy a lakeside crackling campfire to end a perfect day. The space My home offers a beautiful view. Relax in the yard, take a snooze in the hammock or enjoy a drink or meal on the deck overlooking the water. You can swim or maybe just peacefully float on the lake. All you really need to bring is your food and drink. My kitchen offers all the dishware and cookware you would need. Lots of beach towels are available. I have a newly renovated bathroom. Motor boats are not allowed on Half Moon Pond, but if you own one and want to bring it, motorboats and jet skis are allowed on Kingston Lake (a/k/a Great Pond) located just a few minutes from my home. Kingston Lake has a public boat launch. Guest access You will have access to the entire home but please do not use the woodstove. You may also use the paddleboard, 2 kayaks and jon boat. The boat has a battery powered trolling motor. The paddles are hanging on the deck. Feel free to use my outdoor grill! Enjoy sitting by a campfire (a bucket is near the firepit to douse the flames with water if necessary). Please bring your own fire wood. Other things to note I live in the home and my personal belongings will be there. I will be away when my guests stay. I am happy to empty my bureau for you if you wish me to. I offer bath towels and dish towels. Beach towels are also available, along with floats for the water, kayaks, and a battery powered jon boat! My basement is a walkout basement. Love to go into the woods? There are several walking/hiking trails within 5-10 minutes away!
