Located 10 min from Lake Annecy and shops, 25 min from the Aravis resorts and 20 min from the city of Annecy, it is an ideal house to rest with family and explore the region: hiking, biking, mountain biking, paragliding, golf... or visit the tourist sites around Lake Annecy. The space The house is on 2 levels. Parking for 3 cars is located at the rear of the house. The house has a sheltered entrance. On the ground floor: large open room with equipped kitchen, a bar with 3 seats that marks the separation with the dining room (extendable table 6/8 pers), living room with large sofa and TV, stove. In the continuity of the room, a desk separated by a sliding glass door with a chaise longue. Separate toilet, Shower. From this large room, 3 accesses to the outdoor wooden terrace with 2 garden lounges (one to the east, the other to the west), 1 table and 6 wooden chairs with a parasol, 1 table and 2 metal chairs, gas plancha. From the kitchen, access to a half-level cellar/laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 large bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 desk and 1 wardrobe, 1 large bedroom with a choice of 2 80 cm single beds or a 160 cm bed plus a wooden baby bed, 1 children's desk and 1 wardrobe plus many children's games. 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks, 1 separate toilet. On the grounds, a trampoline is available for your use under your responsibility (no protection). Linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi included. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests with the exception of the garage + annex and a dressing room.
