Enjoy Minnesota in this comfortable home! Prime location for visiting the Twin Cities- 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 5 minutes from St. Paul and the MN State Fair. Park your car in the driveway, catch an Uber, or hop on the city bus at the corner. This home is kid friendly with a play set in the backyard, space to run around and a shaded patio perfect for grilling! Powered by solar panels, we strive to create a living space that is friendly to the environment and energy conscious. The space The main entrance to the house is up a flight of stairs. The living area is all on one floor with the master bedroom on one side near the living room and kitchen. 3 additional bedrooms are located on the same level, opposite side of the house; 1 bedroom in the basement. There are two TV areas - the upstairs living room has a smart tv, and downstairs is a tv area for gaming. We also have a gym setup in the basement with a treadmill, spin bike and free-weights. Guest access Guests have access to the full house, private fenced in yard and large driveway. The garage is not available for guest parking.
